I was referred to Doug at Wolverine Taxidermy by a friend when I had an outstanding 2021 Michigan whitetail season! I'm sooo happy I made the decision to trust my memories with Doug! Doug did an outstanding job and was very prompt in completing my two buck mounts. Doug has a great knowledge of animal anatomy and detail--it really shows! He offers ideas and insights on how to best mount your trophy and is price competitive. His communication throughout the process is very good as well....a rare thing these days. Doug was incredibly easy to work with, not only in providing insight into the best way to position my mount, but also to arrange pick-up and drop off of my deer. The work he did is simply phenomenal! I unfortunately had to take a shot into the front shoulder, but after Doug finished, you would have no idea. The quality of their product speaks for itself as 4 years later my trophy is still looking as clean as the day I picked it up. If I am ever lucky enough to take another big Michigan Whitetail I will be enlisting the help of Wolverine Taxidermy for sure!

Doug did a phenomenal job on my deer mount! I was amazed when I saw my buck when he was finished. He is a very talented taxidermist and very passionate about his work. I highly recommend Wolverine Taxidermy.
