Ok finished product, but very very slow. Went way past timeframe from what I was originally told. I went to him because of his work on cats but after over two years he just rushed through mine. He left metal wire sticking out of the tail, and a few other flaws.
Dave has done so many great pieces for me. Very known and recognized within the taxidermy world. Thanks Ferguson taxidermy for all your work over the years.
I’ve had my sons elk there for 3 years now. I’ve called numerous times during this time. It seems to always be next or on the table. I’ve used multiple other taxidermist in the area over the same period with great success and time frames. No reason to ever go back to Ferguson.
Next week will mark 5 years since I dropped my bull elk off. Of course it’s not done yet.. looks like I’ll have to take it somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Horrible experience with this taxidermist. He is rude, unprofessional and makes promises that I’m sure he doesn’t indeed to go through with. He treated my 73 year old father with disrespect and threw his bear hide at him when we was inquiring about it 3 years after he dropped it off. Shame on Ferguson Taxidermy!!
Had great service and was very nice to his family there. Got it done in within a few weeks. I love this guy, I would come again.
