OUTSTANDING WORK, JUST RECEIVED MY SECOND FISH DONE BY FRAN...I GO UP TO MEXICO NY TO FISH THAT AREA . CAUGHT 2 BIG SALMON BACK TI BACK YEARS AND FRAN MOUNTED BOTH.BY FAR THE BEST WORK IVE EVER SEEN..I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM...
