A & K Taxidermy

This is sub par work for what his museum presents, I would air on the side of caution when taking a fish here. My Fish Ohio Northern Pike is not the right color the front fin is missing /broken off then there is a finger or thumb mark on the body. I don't know if it was dropped or what.I don't know what happened seeing that the museum has such nice taxidermy work . I've shared photos.

I didn’t purchase from them or use any of their services but I brought a piece up to his store that I was looking to sell in the local market, it needed some minor repairs. I wanted some advice on pricing and an estimate as far as the repair costs. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some options for repair, assessed the condition, and made some recommendations as far as price. He seemed very honest and from what I saw in his shop he does great work. I would definitely recommend him.

Needed to purchase horns to replace the original ones on my mount. I explained to the owner how I wanted to purchase a set of horns from him but attempt to do the repair myself in order to keep the cost down. He sold me a new set of horns and gave me detailed instructions for the repair. I really appreciated that! Side Note: I did a terrible job, to any DIYers out there, I would recommend just having him do it.😁

Art is not only the best at his craft but he is an outstanding person with a heart for his neighborhood and the folks in it. 10/10 recommend this spot. Even if you don't need taxidermy, he has a unique selection of animals to come look at.

Art was great he makes everything come back to life the sasquatch i took him looked pretty ragged but when art was done it looked like Bigfoot was goin to the prom!

Building is ran down. It's unsafe. Should be condemned
