Absolutely no correspondence, was told it would be done in 6-8 months but never could get a response back when it had been a year. Saw another buck he did and it was horrible so I just went and got my horns and cape and took it elsewhere. Heard all kinds of horror stories from a lot of other people.
The worst deer mount I've ever got. Was told 6 to 8 months to complete and took over a year. Complete lack of communication during process. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
