Would not recommend. Absolutely devastated at how poorly my buck came back looking from this shop. The mount I got back looks like a completely different animal than what I dropped off. It's clear that no meaningful effort was made to recreate the deer I left Steve with.
Being a new customer from West Virginia, it's nice to have a go to guy here in the Omaha area. This is my WV bow season buck the he did. Very pleased
I had a walleye skin mount done here this year 2025, I had a good experience all around and they did an excellent job on the mount.
Very happy with the job Steve did on my pronghorn! I dropped off my cape last September and he worked to have my shoulder mount complete before I move out of state at the end of May (~7.5month turnaround). Steve was honest enough to disclose a trouble area he had to work through due to the quality of the hide, though I wouldn't have realized any difference on the mount had he not mentioned it. Very impressed with Steve's work, and were it not for me moving out of town in the near future, I would certainly be a repeat customer!
Nothing more disappointing than picking up your mount and it’s looking the wrong direction. Yes he offered to redo it but I’ve waited too long and I don’t live in town. A call would’ve been nice because he knew it was wrong. Just really disappointed.
I brought my first ever pheasant in on 12/11/23 to be mounted. I got a call today from the owner saying they just pulled my pheasant out of the freezer and it is unmountable due to the large bald spot on its back, which was not there when i wrapped and froze the bird. He mentioned something about how it might have been how I wrapped it, but I asked a professional taxidermist out of omaha back in December, who didn't have room to take my pheasant, how to properly wrap it for another taxidermist. I followed their instructions to the tee and brought the bird to Wildlife Creations. The owner says it wasn't their fault, but it certainly wasn't mine. The owner did offer to do the bird in a different pose or give me my deposit back, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. Would not recommend.
3 years ago I took a cactus buck in to Steve, he did a excellent job. I have gotten several compliments. Thanks Steve
