As an avid outdoors man, I have used many processors in the past, but Flemings is a cut above. The seasonings are just right for my family's taste. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of packaging.. Usually, I pick my processed meat in about 10-14 days.. I do like to trade locally with family owned business.. I'll be back again with the next harvest.. Good job Fleming crew!

I took a deer here and ordered dry sausage. I have been getting that for 30+ years from various processors. They told me no problem and marked the order sheet. When I received it, it isn't dried sausage. It is polish sausage which is closer to summer sausage than dried sausage and it has to be refrigerated and is more like a pork link sausage you buy at HEB. Mushy and not firm at all. Total waste of a deer and money. I would not recommend this place.
