This is the best place I've ever found for processing deer. They do wonderful work, quickly at a fair price. I really trust this company with processing my deer meat. The sausage is excellent and the European mounts are perfect.

Very nice people and excellent spices. As a Cajun, spicy means spicy, and they delivered. Also, perfectly smoked sausage and the summer sausage was mixed right. I'd recommend these folks all day long.

Dropped off a deer and two bucks to have Europeans done. Got everything back in a week and it’s all great. Top notch place for everything I’ve ever dealt with them on from Crawfish to deer processing. Also there prices are awesome and quality is as good as anybody’s and trust me I’ve tried every processor around . Keep it up this place is awesome!!!

Great processing! Get deer back in about a week and packaged perfectly. Fair prices and the deer sticks and spicy pan sausage are great! Meat is clean!

Best service I’ve ever had. The jalapeño and cheese link sausage and snack stick were by far better than any I’ve ever had. The boudin and marinated fajitas were to die for!!!
