All Star Deer Processing

Love these guys. They don't play around. They got my deer done in about 2 days. Really reasonable pricing. Also works with a euro mount guy and a taxidermist.

Some of the best cuts I've ever received. They take the time to trim the fat, and white skins. Helps so much with the flavor. That's why they get all the stars

All Cuts and Smoked Roll was done within 18 hours. Find it hard to believe that it’s the same deer I harvested and dropped off. No shop has all your cuts done within a day ……. especially with how busy this butcher gets. Will also add that they dont Skull Cap upon request. Made me use hand power tools myself at the shop. Very Odd and Poor service . Not happy won’t be back.

They were very helpful with explaining their menu. The meat was processed, packaged and labeled with an extremely quick turnaround. The meat is DELICIOUS and flavored to perfection.

Sadly I am making this post on dec. 4 2024 I had brought down 2 deer to be processed they were quarter was told I would get a call for my meat somewhere close to Jan. Waited til Jan never gotten a call I had called somewhere around the second week in Jan talked with hw owner he was going to get me 2 deer that was donated to try and make it right for me mind you they were my son's deer he had shot the Dec 2. I had waited another month and called back he had stated there was some health issues within the family which I under stand he then had me text him what I wanted the deer processed into and again was told i would have a call back when the neat was ready it is no may 1 2025 and shrill no call no meat I'm glad I had listened to friends and took their word for it that they do great work with deer processing but unfortunately I will never know but my son who is 11 and myself are very upset that we dont have our meat in the freezer to enjoy I just wish there could have been a phone call from all star or text or even a voicemail telling me what's going on I'm a very understanding person but 4 months all most and no meat or contact other than me calling is kind of ridiculous I hope this may help someone with their decision

Love this family run small business! Fast, friendly and CLEAN!! Guys complaining about short yields obviously don’t appreciate quality grinds and cuts!!! I’d rather get a little less back and get better quality! I like my grinds WITHOUT hair and silver skin . And these guys produce just that, they are TOP NOTCH.

Fast turnaround but you only get about 30% yield on your deer. Short about 10 lbs 3 times in a row. As a standard practice deer should be weighed when dropped off. Example- If 100 lbs dressed out and perfect shot, should get approx 40 lbs meat back. Also nearly impossible to grind a warm deer. Needs to chill at low temp at least a day or more to get through grinder. If you get a call next day for pick up likely not your deer grinds.
