I called to confirm my online registration for a U haul rental and received the meanest, worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere! I was given an attitude from the beginning, accused of being rash for no reason. This person should not be dealing with any people! I immediately cancelled my reservation and moved it to a less convenient dealer even though I had to drive farther because there is no way I would ever give such a business my $$$. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the regrind services. They guarantee a 7 day turn around time, which I understand that cant always happen. It’s been a month and a half now and still have not received my blade. Been emailing Joe and he keeps giving me the run around and absolutely horrible with customer service.

The Uhaul algorithm moved my pick up location to this business which happened to be an hour away. I did not plan to drive an hour out towards Souderton to pick up a trailer when I live 5 minutes outside Philly where there must be 10 locations. I edited my reservation to a different sized trailer to a local PU spot. A rep from this location called me, even though my reservation with them was effectively cancelled (all online through UHaul website), to follow up. When I explained what happened and what i did, they went as far as to confirm my reservation with a different location was set and not subject to be changed (like my original reservation had been), and confirmed my new reservation #. As well as my new PU location which was a place around the corner from Drexel Hill, 10 mins away. He even educated me on why this may have occurred that during move in college week the trailers can be few and far between. I was even kind of a jerk in text when they first sent me the reminder that morning alerting me to the fact this was my pickup location. This was my personal experience with this location and their customer service. I felt they went beyond what a normal interaction such as this would have played out. Very commendable, thank you to the person that called, I apologize I did not recall you name.
