Great experience! Owner was very friendly and got the job done in a timely manor.
Coming from a business background and being in customer service. When you take a customers belongings to do something with them such as mounts, and the customer states a certain way they want it done it is important to follow the customers wishes and have the mount done the way that they requested. I received the animal back past the estimated time of completion and mounted wrong. As an outdoorsman I cherish firsts as do all of us and the mount that I received back did the animal no justice in the beauty that they hold. Nothing was offered in a form of apology or discount for the mistake that was made and the injustice making the animal look non realistic.
