The Copper Creek Taxidermy has exceeded my expectations. I dropped off a rainbow trout in the middle of hunting season, Vinny was still able to finish my fish in a reasonable time frame. His work is great, and the mount is even better in person. Not every taxidermist likes to do fish, or is good at doing fish. It took me a while to find a guy I trusted with my trophies. I drive two hours, one way to get work done by Vinny. This guy does great work and you’ll be happy with the work he does. I was so satisfied with his work that when I picked up my first mount, I have him working on my second mount. You cannot go wrong with The Copper Creek Taxidermy. I highly recommend!
An extremely over due review, but Vinny at The Copper Creek Taxidermy mounted my 2024 archery buck and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, bears got to my deer before I did, meaning I needed a whole new cape for my mount. Vinny assured me he would find a cape that most resembled my bucks looks/neck size. Vinny was transparent through the whole process and kept me updated and ended up finding a cape for me extremely quick and nearly identical to the original cape. I highly recommend him for your next mount. Expect competition grade work at an extremely reasonable price. Keep him in mind for the upcoming 2025 season!
Highly recommend, just got back my trout skin mount and I couldn’t be happier. He did an outstanding job. Very reasonable pricing, and just an overall wonderful experience to deal with Vinny.
