While we have had some better experiences here in the past, these pictures tell the whole story. Not only was the mount entirely unusable, but it took over a year. After not answering the phone for months we had to drive out and go to the house behind the office to get help finding our mount, only to find it had been botched. It may have just been a rough mount or an outlier, but it is the worst mount I have ever had. I hope you have better results and that this shop can get back in their old groove.
