Trufitt Lifeform Mannikins

First time using this company, my brother referred me. I made two ordered because it told me that shipping was charged after the order was placed. Which I thought meant that it would be on my order receipt. After the first order went through and my confirmation showed $0.00 in shipping I thought, great I have enough for the second order. It wasn’t until a few days after that I realized I had been charged shipping. Had that been made more clear I wouldn’t have done the second order. I tried explaining that to the man on the phone but he just got loud and said over and over that I was thinking they were Amazon. Now, I realize that I completely misunderstood their shipping process but the way he responded to my concerns was very poor. I will not be using this company again.

Ever since their manager retired the new people are clueless and they can’t keep anything in stock. And today I stopped in to pick up a couple things and now they don’t allow walk in’s I swear to god I don’t know how this place stays in business, it may be a little inconvenient but I will never order anything from trufitt again.

I've ordered from trufit for years ever since bill retired this place is horrible its easier to but online from their competitors anymore

Trufitt store has been around for decades and specializes in taxidermy supplies. A nice guy who is super knowledgeable in his field.
