They're very deceptive. They dont give shipping costs up front and will charge your card 3 days later at 3x the normal shipping rate and you have no choice but to pay at that point. You're better off shopping elsewhere. They'll charge more than the form itself.

I dont need to leave a review. Just read the 5000 other ones where shipping is crazy! The last one was a $16 item and I was charged $25 for shipping! Yes we have spent thousands at this place but its no longer worth having a small business when places like this take total advantage of everyone!

Product cost 21.95, shipping charges were 32.32 . . . When I used my Duck Duck Go app to look them up to contact them it said this site may be insecure, your confidential information may be at risk! Also, when I tried to call the 800 # on the invoice it took me to som "Hot Line" BS! This company is a fraud!

Almost a scam… shipping was 80 dollars for 8 pounds.. the shipping costed more than the materials I bought. You buy without shipping costs and then they charge you more than the price of what you bought after they’ve already shipped it so you can’t return it, I will be contacting the BBB .

Their shipping and "handling" charges are crazy! They didn't use to be this bad. 1/3 of the total cost of the products. They do sell quality products but it's hard to justify that shipping on the best day. They should be competitive at the very least. I've always had good customer service.

My partner has been using them for years for his business. He recently ordered a large shipment and it was supposed to ship in 2-3 weeks. After having to call repeatedly and being told it was ready, should ship tomorrow it didn’t ship till 5 weeks. The. He had asked to check for cheapest shipping before sending and had spoken to someone who said freight would be cheapest, around $800. They then proceeded to ship without confirming how they were shipping and he was notified days later it would be $3100 on shipping which was close to the same cost as the supplies. Shocking how so many complaints around shipping and yet it continues

I’m rating it a 1 because 0 is not an option. For MANY reasons, Shipping being #1, them saying their carriers give them their shipping prices is BULL. My wife has an online store and she’s checked. Things they are charging me $60 to ship, they are only paying $20 to ship, I know bc we’ve called and asked said carriers IN their area. We’ve done our homework on it. #2 their products have just went down hill baddddd, foam body’s so hard I have literally had to get it started by tapping the pin with a hammer. I have recently ordered a body from Matuska and a body from Ohio Taxidermy and it was mind blowing how much more simple it was to mount that bird bc of the pin sliding in like butter. The last 4 Turkeys heads I have received are so thin from the beak down you can barely handle them. Every single one of them have broken, cracked Split. 4 heads shipping and all $300 and they are so brittle they are not even Commercial worthy. I’ve gotten heads with the eyes messed up in them. My only option is to stop using them completely. I would recommend using Matuska or G2 or Ohio.
