RJ is the best taxidermist that I have worked with. So far for me, he's done a life-sized Alaskan mountain goat, Alaskan Dall Sheep head and shoulder, and I just sent him a brown bear. The crew at Hunter's Choice do phenomenal work and have recreated my trophies perfectly. Every animal I have sent them comes back looking exactly like the original. Their work on the faces and heads are exceptional - no goofy-looking or out-of-place features. Even though I live in Alaska, it's easy to ship him hides and heads, and they take if from there. Their prices are very competitive, and they do a great job boxing up the final product for shipment. He guided me through the shipping process (which was a lot cheaper than I anticipated), and all my animals have arrived to me with zero damage. Can't say enough good things about this outfit, and I will be sending in many more animals in the future!

The crew knocked it out of the park on my most recent mount. These guys have mounted a few animals for me and I’m always impressed. Great customer service and everything is straight forward with this team. Would definitely recommend.

RJ and team has done two sheep, a wolf and multiple euro mounts for us and they’ve all been very well done. Turn around times were fair and everyone in the shop was helpful, really responsive and happy to help. I’ll be sending animals here for as long as they’re around.

RJ and the crew at Hunter Choice Taxidermy did a great job on my first snow goose. You can tell RJ took the time and put in the effort to make it look right. I highly recommend Hunters Choice Taxidermy, I shot this bear about six years ago, I had a taxidermy guy that did two deer for me the first one came out awesome the sec deer he used some else’s deer cape and tried to tell me that it was my cape, I put money down for him to do the bear then crickets for 5 1/2 years , I picked up the bear I took it to Hunters choice I told them I’m in a bind could they help me out on a price knowing that I already pad money down with the other guy, they did and still did a phenomenal job on the bear and only took them one month to get it out knowing I shot it 6 years ago, they also done a antelope two years ago turned out awesome, ive had a lot of mounts done if only had known about Hunters Choice sooner, i will always use them they do amazing work at a affordable price. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed
