Very friendly and know what they are doing But it you plan on getting a rug done find someone else my buffalo rug came back with alot of holes that was not in it when I dropped it off and it wasn't cut into a rug like I asked

One of the best taxidermists. Used them for years. My first buck, i went to a "cheap" taxidermist. It was a disaster. The whole skin was ruined. I still the mount, but I know that's another deer. Ever since then, I used Trails End. I have never had a single problem. These guys do a terrific job. Sure, taxidermy is expensive, but you can make payments. It's art and Trails End stays busy! Your trophy is something you will own and treasure for years.

Was quoted and given a receipt for work to be done on a deer mount. When I went to pick up the mount they added additional fees to the bill without prior approval or explanation. I offered to split the difference with them but they absolutely refused to budge. The work was great but they lack in customer satisfaction. They are all about making a dollar, way over priced and have a take it or leave it attitude. Will never darken their doorway again. The mount was promised on opening day of rifle season, October 17 but was not finished until November. Their receipt did show a different price then the one provided at the time of drop off. They added the cost of a panel, which was originally requested( not special ordered) and then added that cost to the original quote which I was completely unaware of until pickup. Not really so much about the money, and the mount looks great, but it was the attitude that we are right, you are wrong, give us the money. Won’t waste anymore time on this.....

Best taxidermists in the southeast. They've been taking care of us for 25 years. All the mounts look like they were finished yesterday.

They did a great job on my deer head and even got it done a couple of months sooner than I expected.
