Took 2 years and 4 months to get a bear rug back. Zero communication unless I called to check in on it. They were always nice when i did call. On the plus side it looks good. Can't say I would use them again though.
The worst company I’ve dealt with. Terrible communication. 2 years and not completed. Finally got it sent back to me. Poorly packaged and my euro is damaged.
Took aver 2 years for a Bison shoulder mount. Poor communication from the office, but the worst part is the horns are badly crooked. The European mount is fine. I get mad every time I see the shoulder mount.
Very nice staff, I love that they also sell pet supplies here.
Mel and crew have done a great job on all of my taxidermy for the past decade. He is very high quality and extremely fast turnaround. His work speaks for itself.

this guy Mel is a total scammer. He made a friend from Australia pay 100 percent of his mount in advance then promised it to him many times. this was several years ago. one lie after another with Mel thats what get from him
