Price of forms are cheaper and they show it, other supply’s are good with decent prices but the magnesium carbonate is awful and will not buy that from them again

I am very disappointed in my experience with Research Mannikins today. After dealing with this company for nearly 20 years, they pushed me away. I ordered a part from their website that turned out to have incorrect dimensions in the description. After receiving the part I contacted them and informed them that it was too small. It took them over a week to get back to me. When they did I was informed that they would not pay return shipping. Is $20 really worth losing what could have been a lifetime customer? It must be, because you lost my business today.
I've lived in Lebanon all of my life and never really knew about Research Mannikins and what they do (which apparently is the case with quite a few people). As someone who is reaching out in the community as a part of my work, I contacted Greg and got to check out their place. Wow! I was amazed to see the variety of products they make and how big their warehouse is (it's bigger than it looks). Since they're a a manufacturer that's been established for several decades, the quality and details in their work is amazing. They create manikins from small as small as birds to as big as rhinos and elephants. Plus, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their place is kind of off to the side in the middle of town so it's easy to overlook, but I definitely recommend checking it out and for anyone who wants quality taxidermy supplies.
