I brought a very special animal to Stehling’s , and choosing them was the best decision I could’ve made. From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt confident my mount was in the right hands. The craftsmanship is top-notch, the turnaround time was fair, and the final result was absolutely stunning. If I’m fortunate enough to harvest another memorable animal, it will be coming straight back here.
Stehlings does excellent taxidermy work, fair prices, good turn around time, and very good communication. They did 2 hogs/ boars for us. We are very happy with the end result I highly recommend them.
These guys are the best of the best. Constant communication throughout the entire process from start to finish, making sure everything was exactly the way I envisioned it. I took my once in a lifetime whitetail to Stehling's solely based on their reputation, longevity, and these reviews. These gentlemen are top notch and run an excellent shop. If I am ever lucky enough to harvest another once in a lifetime animal, it will be going back to Stehling's.
I have had two bucks, one elk and one more elk getting prepared currently. The guys are just great to work with. My mounts all have turned out to look 100% true to life.
Stehling's has mounted two white tails for my wife and me. One was a shoulder mount that is one of my favorite mounts. They did an excellent job. Another is a backpack mount. My wife and I were not happy with the way that mount turned out in the beginning, so the owners picked it up from my house, fixed it/changed the arrangement of the hide, and dropped it back off at my house. All I can say is WOW! That is top notch customer service. They went above and beyond to get us a mount that we love and I can't recommend them enough.
Great place, their taxidermy work is the best I've seen and their staff is very friendly and helpful.
