Used Bar S for the first time this year. Took mine and my wife’s deer there for processing. We drove an hour to get there and was going off of google reviews. My wife took her deer on an evening hunt and we still had an hour drive there. Pam met us at the door even though it was late. Had summer, link and pan sausage made. Extremely happy that we chose them. Everything tastes amazing and was packaged very well. Definitely has our business from now on!!!!

Took my first deer the Bar S last season only because everywhere else was closed. Had not heard of them before and found them through google. Well today I made my first steaks I received from them...WOW!! From now on they will receive my business as long as I hunt in Wilson county. Highly recommended! They are also working on the taxidermy job on the head from the same deer. I hope to give them another great review once I get the deer head back!

I have to recuse myself from reviewing Bar S as I have a biased opinion in that I'm employed here. I can say though that our jerky is some of the best around. The salami is fantastic and everything else is great as well. Employees are friendly and helpful in ways you won't see at other processing plants.

This was my 1st time using Bar S to process an animal. Their prices were fair and their service was exceptional. I'll definitely back next season with a deer. I may even bring them a hog or 2 before then.

We have had great service for processing of game meat from Bar S. Pam and her people are great to work with. Will continue to use them now and in the future.
