Wish I could give more stars. My daughter took a class to learn the art of taxidermy. Mike is amazing. He worked with her from start to finish. Showed her all the ins and outs of the craft. He made sure she understood what she was doing and he made HER do the work. He didn't do it for her. She has learned such valuable skills and information. She has wanted to start doing taxidermy for a long time and Mike has been an amazing teacher, motivator and support. A great man to work with and who does amazing work!

Just picked up my cat's skull as a memorial piece. To those thinking about doing the same to honor your pet: please be sure you're prepared to see/hear the dirty reality of the process. Mike was upfront, informative and very frank about what to expect with the process; which I appreciated a lot. He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled! A lot of care went into this. I absolutely love the finished product; it's beautiful!

Mike did an excellent job with my deer mount. He only takes a limited amount of clients each season because he pays careful attention to each and every project he does and it shows. Love the mount and will certainly use JLT again for any future mounts.

I got my first buck this past season and took it to Mike to have a shoulder mount done. He talked me through the different types of poses and the pros and cons of each. We decided semi-sneak would look the best and Mike went to work. I couldn't be happier with the result - it looks great! This buck was important to me since it was my first and now I have a beautiful way to relive that memory on my wall. Mike was timely, professional, and is obviously very skilled. I had heard these shoulder mounts can sometimes take a year so I was glad when Mike turned it around in about 3 months. I will definitly bring my next buck to Mike!

Mike is absolutely incredible. Got my first deer this year and everyone I called told me it would take around a year. This man got it done in a couple months and could not have done a better job. He has earned a loyal customer I can promise that. If you need something done there is nobody else I would recommend before Mike.

I recently had a fish mounted the job was completed in a timely manner. The mount was beautiful excellent work Mike is truly an artist If you want quality work and super turn around time this is place you should go.

Mike did a great job for me. He did my deer in a timely manner & his work was excellent. He communicated with me & made extra accommodations since I am from out of state. I highly recommend him.
