Didn't answer the phone when I called but I got a text back from them (didn't even realize I was calling a cell phone honestly, voicemail sound like home phone voicemail from 20 years ago, like the nicest people on earth in a really sincere way) within probably 5 minutes. Was able to, via text, I have an entire conversation, they were super polite, quick to answer, and very helpful with their answers. Save me an hour probably round trip and a good chunk of gas just by actually responding. Kind of sad I didn't need to see them actually, because you don't see people who appreciate customer service like that anymore.
