His taxidermy looks top notch, but I don't think he's honest with the processing. I'm having a touch time accepting that the 5x5 bull elk that we brought in only produced 77lbs of meat, 40lbs of that was hamburger. I get 45-50lbs off of the blacktail i shoot here in CA.
