Grabowske's Taxidermy

I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled on this one. I ust picked up my Nilgai mount after much anticipation and a great deal of stress dealing with this guy. I have multiple whitetail mounts and I am aware of what a quality mount looks like. This is not a good mount. The stitching is openly visible on the back, the left horn is broken off and glue back on, and the form is visible through the bottom, among other issues. I have never seen a mount like this other than in one of those funny picture collages of bad taxidermy. In addition, this guy never did my pelt and has continued to lie (for a year) about it still being at the tanner. I don’t expect much, but a quality mount and honest service is a must from a taxidermist. Oh and this cost 1500 dollars. Premium price, premium disappointment.

Absolutely the worst taxidermist that I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely poor quality work and terrible customer service. The guy will not answer his E-mails or return telephone calls. I am so disappointed in the mount that he has ruined. Please save yourself this kind of grief and find a reputable taxidermist to handle your precious trophy.

I too don’t leave ratings, however my experience with this outfit was nothing but terrible. I dropped off a Whitetail buck for mounting. Never got a call and if I called they would say it’s next. After that they were never in office and never returned calls. If there was a way to leave negative stars this outfit would merit its use.

You ruined my axis deer I payed a lot of money for and now it’s sitting in my room with scratches and marks and just over all looks terrible not to mention it isn’t my axis deer cuz you ruined the first one so you used another hide. For the price And how this mount turned out I should’ve watched a YouTube video on how to mount it and it would’ve turned out better

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Wally did 7 mounts for us and all of the hides are splitting on them. Not to mention I waited way longer than I was originally told to get the mounts back. I had to stay on him and bug him to get them completed. Wrong form used on my fallow ( used an axis form) and wrong hide on my oryx.

Crook paid $ 1,000.00 for a bob cat mount over two years ago and never got mount or money back. Gave nothing but excuses and lies saying he was working on it . Checked periodically and never got it finished . He won’t answer phone any more and ignores my text messages . Don’t trust Gabowski taxidermy very dishonest and a liar.

I dropped off a bobcat 3 years ago and no text or returned calls it’s obvious he owes me but isn’t man enough to pay up. Do not recommend him at all
