Georgy has a wonderful gift of recreating birds they look true to life he is very professional and captures every detail he did my white peacock for me and it's absolutely magnificent he deserves way more than 5 stars if I ever have another bird to be done i will most assuredly have him do it plus he delivered him and hung him up for me. Every mount has a special meaning to someone. That was the same as my very first Phesant which was not only my first wild bird, but the first bird for my dogs. I wanted to work with someone who was genuinely caring and someone who put just as much heartfelt work into their taxidermy as the special memory meant to me. When I was introduced to On The Wing, I knew from the first conversion they were the perfect fit. The amount of a detail and care put into my Phesant was something that continued to add to my memory. The mount is exactly what I wanted, which was designed by many conversations and examples from On The Wing. They communicated throughout the entire process and I even received update pictures to make sure everything was happening exactly as I wanted. I decided after my dog's first successful Woodcock hunt to commemorate the bird with a mount. I learned quickly that Woodcock are very challenging to work with. I spoke with other people that had tried to get their birds done unsuccessfully by other taxidermists. I found On The Wing on Instagram and gave Georgy a call. This was my young GSP’s first wild pheasant, which made the piece incredibly meaningful to our family, and Georgy honored that significance in every possible way.
