Pete was absolutely exceptional. My poor steer head took a tumble and the horn entirely snapped off. I called Pete and sent him some photos, and he gave me the most reassurance that he could fix it. Not only that, he offered pick up and delivery services since I couldn’t get out to him. He was extremely communicative, very reasonably priced, and provided excellent work. He even added nails to the rope to mimic the nails on the other side, the attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you so much for bringing my steer back to life!!!

Best and closest *legit* Taxidermist near Chicago! Prices are very reasonable and the quality is very well done. Don’t be fooled by the dated pictures online. Shipping is available. Peter at Arctic Circle really came through for me - he will do whatever it takes to earn your business. When I couldn’t get to the shop during business hours he offered to pick up my deer hide where I was. In the end, he opened up his shop after hours when I was able to get there to drop it off. Seriously, give these guys a call for all of your taxidermy needs. Peter - thanks again.
