Cabela's

Lots of interesting displays of animals in the outdoors. They also have an aquarium with fish to watch. They have items for fishing, hunting, camping and a few house items. They alo have men's, women's and children's clothing. We spent a little over an hour just looking around.

It’s 8 degrees outside and I found a pair of Cabelas 2XL gloves for my husband to wear while shoveling snow. The staff are friendly and there were plenty of hats available. The store is clean and I love their branded products.

We drove about an hour and a half to shop this location. It definitely has a hunting vibe, we were pounced on by 5 different people within about 4 minutes all wanting us to follow them to see some kind of setup they had today. This was absolutely crazy because there is no way they didn't realize some of them had already got us. We stayed for about 20 minutes and could not wait to get out. Will definitely NOT be coming back. There was another guy at the entrance who tried to stop us, also. So cringy, just let people spend some money!

It's a great big box store with decent deals if you are a club member. You definitely have to find the items that are on sale. The Centerville location is a bit small. I wish it was bigger! Since Bass pro and Cabela's have merged it's the best of both worlds! They don't carry Sitka in store,(online only) it's a bit of a bummer if you're going to outfit yourself in the latest and greatest camouflage and want to try it on ya just cant! BOO!

Today I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had with Richard, the Gun Library Lead at this Cabela’s location. I’m so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of Richard and the Gun Counter team. Will definitely do as much business as I can with this store.

I had the opportunity to visit Cabela's for the first time yesterday and I've always had an interest! I was immediately welcomed by a staff member who gratefully took me and explained the nature and movement of the store. Her attentive nature and carefree attitude during this conversation was truly one of my best experiences in retail these days. The personal touch was admirable and genuine. Big shout out to Lisa!!!
