Just the best! Mathew and his staff are excellent. The 24 hour drop of is clutch for getting you back in the field and back in the stand to get another harvest. He has a great menu selection and fully explains the process to ensure you maximize your harvest. Now what we have all been waiting for….. the taste….. just freaking amazing! I have had Mathew process at least 6 or 7 of my harvests, I have had the fresh sausage, smoked sausage, ground meat, cro-sticks, breakfast sausage and of course processed cuts and steaks. Everything is amazing!!! No exaggeration or hyperbole, some of the best sausage I’ve ever had. He will make things as spicy or mild as you like, he will custom blend things to get you the desired flavor profile you are looking for. I can’t recommend them enough. Always friendly with very fast turnaround, no waiting for weeks to get your order.
Can not say enough good things about my experience working this everyone at Acadiana. I’ve used a lot of different processors over the years and no one can beat the service I got with this company. Not to mention the quality of the product the care takin to package the meat and let me tell you the ZYDECO sausage is on point a must have in my opinion. Thank y’all so much. Looking forward to my taxidermy.
We had a wonderful experience and have enjoyed the amazing end result of the skills put into the processing of the deer we had brought here. Everything was DELICIOUS, well packaged and labeled and we will DEFINITELY be using them for all of our future needs!! And don’t even get me started on the crosticks! Bruh!
