Pro Mount was a fantastic school to go to! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to go to taxidermy school I attended the 6- Week Game Head and Mammal course. I initially chose to attend Pro Mount for two reasons 1. Everything is provided in the tuition without hidden fees. 2. You get to keep all your work after. If I were to go to Pro Mount again, I would choose it for way more reasons than that! The atmosphere of the school, the quality of the instructor, the teaching style, and so much more. The environment is relaxed yet structured. Tiny provided an incredible learning environment for everyone in the class, no matter what their learning style was. I really appreciated that. He provides enough help to let you learn the skill without doing everything for you. You can ask him about different methods of how to do stuff and even if it's not his style or what he does he'll still answer your questions on it. Honestly, you could ask him about anything and he'll answer your questions! You walk out of the class having learned so much, with the basic knowledge and skills to propel you as far as you want to go in your taxidermy endeavors. Just like everything in life, you will get out what you put into your time here!

A legitimate school of taxidermy… Valuable knowledge and tools gained, the supportive and relaxed atmosphere, direct involvement, and the friendships formed. This experience has been life changing and will always resonate in me. Came up from Las Vegas to take the game head/mammal course. Tiny is a great teacher and the environment was so nice. Small class made it personal with lots of one on one instruction if needed. I always felt respected and listened to. As a younger woman, I really recommend pro mount. You will never feel out of place at all regardless of age or gender. I recently completed the big game course at Promount, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our instructor, Tiny, was not only knowledgeable but also patient and attentive to each student's needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that every student understood the techniques thoroughly, even taking the time to design a few tricks specifically tailored for those of us with smaller builds, making handling heavy-duty work much more manageable. If you have a question, he always has a solution! Throughout the course, I felt consistently motivated, thanks to the support of Tiny and Dan. Their dedication to our learning and success was evident in every session, and I'm truly grateful for the invaluable skills and confidence I've gained under their mentorship.

I just finished the big game course. Tiny really showed me all the tips and tricks of the trade. He became a great friend and mentor. I came here after another school had fallen threw and I couldn't be happy that it did. The level of education I got was beyond measure. I can't speak more highly of tiny and his program. I’ve taken every class this school has to offer. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and promote a relaxed fun environment to learn. They take the time to ensure you are learning the skills required to own and operate your own taxidermy business. This school provides both book learning and hands on instruction during a course. For each course you will mount several different species of game animals so that you have the confidence and ability to do it on your own. They also invite you to contact them in the future for any questions or help you may need. If you are wanting to learn Taxidermy you can’t go wrong with Promount School of Taxidermy.
