Zeke is the real deal and one of the best processors I’ve ever dealt with. I can pick up my phone any time to talk to him about what’s going on with any of my products. He takes a little longer than others but the wait is worth it. His dedication to a quality product absolutely shows when getting things back. It’s hard to find someone I trust with my food as much as I do with them. This is a small operation that absolutely nails the final product every single time, and the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. I feel great knowing that the meat I drop off is the same meat I am picking up

I picked up the meat from a deer I shot this year (2022). I threw the sausage on the smoker to warm it up and it was absolutely incredible. I’ve lived around the Bandera area all my life and have used Schotts to process my deer in the past. As an unbiased customer looking for the best taste/quality, I will tell you that Markham’s tastes so much better. Even the texture of the sausage was on point. I can’t wait to try the jalapeño cheese sausage and see the craftsmanship on the mount I’m having done. Solid work Markham’s. Keep doing what you’re doing.
