Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Took over two years and multiple calls with moving goalposts promises of timelines to finish. The end result was also horrible. The guy running the place is riding on his families preceding reputation to pull customers with their fancy displays but tbh, save yourself the headache, time, stress, and money from not using this spot.

Still waiting for an elk hide I dropped off in November 2023. They said it would be done estimated July 2024...It is currently July 2025 and I haven't heard anything from these guys after leaving countless messages. They accepted a large deposit from me then completely disappeared.

I have been waiting for a shoulder mount since December of 2018. Its now been 16 months and still no news. Ive called 30-40 times and no answer. I even drove to their shop and personally spoke to Alex and he said he would get right on it to finish up. 8 months ago Alex said it would be done in a couple weeks. I am very unhappy about the length of time. Ive had other shoulder mounts by others and never was more than 6 months. Pittiful communication. I will never ever use them again. Beware!

No regard for customer service. Simple shoulder mount took 12 months. I had another place do a half life size and it was completed in much better quality and much faster. I think because I paid such a large deposit they just sat on my work. Don’t use these guys.

Never visited this store but had heard stories from my grandma about my grandpa spending all his money here to get the trophy's mounted that i see decorating my grandparents house. Stopped by to check out the store and Alex told me a funny story about my grandpa that my grandma NEVER would have told me. It was nice to see all the amazing work Alex has in his waiting room. I grabbed a T-Shirt that says Martinez Brother's because the 1940's Hippo Skull was out of my budget . Definitely worth the time to stop by.

DON'T DO IT. I asked for a shoulder mount, I got a skull mount. They were expensive, after messing up my mount they tried to charge me full price close to $300 for a skull mount!!! When I complained they only knocked off $40 bucks for their mistake! I wouldn't have agreed to pay 260 for a skull mount. I could have layed it in an ant bed for free myself! They told me they would call me when they finished my mount. I never received a call. After waiting 2 months past the deadline they gave me I wondered in to their shop to find my skull mounted on their wall tagged and ready without ever trying to notify me. All these things taken into consideration, they were unprofessional, expensive, and messed up my prize mount. I will not be using them again.

I went looking to buy some antlers to make chewtoys for my dog. While there I looked at there work they had on display it was mediocre. Nothing special. And I looked at there scraps bucket for two racks they wanted 175 they were maybe 28 inches long. And then the guy showed me a real scrap.piece of antler was about 10 inches long marked up with marker where they were gonna work it had the points all cut off and they wanted 40 for that. Major rip off there was nothing you could do with it for decorating it was literally trash.
