Steve's Meat Market, Inc

We love Steve’s Meat Market and use them often for processing because the quality and service are always amazing. Quick story: the pick-up window closes at 11:00 and we pulled up at 10:55 after driving all the way from Littleton. At first we were told that department was already closed (even though we still technically had 5 minutes). I’ll admit… I was a little stressed 😅 But on our way out, one of the staff members was SO helpful and went out of his way to grab the lady who handles that area so we could still get our order. That extra effort meant a lot, and we’re so thankful. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of us — seriously appreciated. And yes… I told my husband to call ahead next time to confirm since our map showed our arrival time as 10:52 am and that we should have left EARLIER 😂 Wife is always right! 👊🏽

This place used to be the best, now half of the grind i get back smells and tastes like guts, i cant even swallow the bite, it has this even when my shot was perfect and my meat was clean during field dressing and packout. Makes me think they are mixing everyone’s meat to process and then split the packages based on weight. Their smoked products are still the best, so they get that second star. I called to complain because i paid hundreds of dollars for inedible grind and would like to complain, however, nobody picked up. I’ll be taking my grind somewhere else that ensures hygienic processing between batches.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever received. I would give Steve's a negative five stars if I could. This place used to be the best around but since it sold it has gone down hill fast...and the product isn't what it used to be. I'd HIGHLY recommend taking your hard earned elk, deer, antelope ANY place but here. After hours - I was in line at 10:17 for a 10:15 pickup and drove over and hour and half though Denver to get there and was turned away. Absolutely NO common sense and treated like dirt. How you and your staff talk to people matters. For anyone reading this review and thinking about using this company, just don't do it. Just read how the owner responds to negative feedback. Not just my review, but all the others. No apologies, no strive to do better, no thanks for the feedback. Just the same treatment of yelling, name calling, and berating customers. This business wouldn't last 2 minutes in a small town

Love Steve's!!!! Product is excellent, folks there are helpful and make great recommendations when placing orders. With the amount of game coming into this place it is an impressive operation. Getting my mount worth the wait, nothing but smiles here. My hunting buddies have been bringing game here for 30+ years and always happy.

Steve’s is consistently great in quality and service. The only people who have issues seem to be those who can’t follow policy. They process volumes of business in a short period and their policies make that possible. I love Steve’s and their packaging keeps that quality safe in my freezer!

Really don’t like this business at all . Difficult pickup situation with hefty fees if you can’t make the 2 hour pickup window they give

We always have a positive and friendly experience at Steve’s. They get people through efficiently at drop off and pick up. Quality products and we LOVE the sampler.
